If you have lost your taxi badge or licence or it has been stolen, you need to attend the Public Carriage Office immediately. Without one of these items you can't ply for hire.
You will need to complete a declaration form so the counter staff can issue you with a temporary cover note. Before the cover note expires you should visit us again so we can give you replacement.
Please remember to bring any items of identification asked for when the cover note was issued.
