London Service Permits

If you want to operate a London bus service which is not part of the London tendered bus network you must get a London Service Permit (LSP) granted by London Bus Services Ltd on behalf of TfL.

Applications and cancellations

To apply for, cancel or change an LSP, please download and complete the relevant form before sending it to the Licensing Manager at the address below:
