Bus route consultations
Consultations allow us to listen to your responses and use your feedback to make well-informed decisions.
We consult with key stakeholders but we are always keen to hear bus users' views as well. One of the ways we do this is through online questionnaires.

How do we reach a decision?
All feedback is considered in decision-making, but final plans must meet financial, legal, safety and technical limitations. Some decisions are made jointly with partners, such as London boroughs or other community representatives.
When a decision is made we inform the local authorities, stakeholders and members of the public who provided us with their contact details during the consultation. Decisions are also published on our website.
