Eligible
The following vehicles, which are eligible for Congestion Charge discounts, can also be registered on the fleet scheme:
- Vehicles which use alternative fuel
- Electrically propelled vehicles
- Vehicles with nine or more seats
- Recovery vehicles
- Accredited breakdown and recovery vehicles
Ineligible
The following vehicles, which are eligible for a Congestion Charge discount, can not be registered on the fleet scheme:
- Blue Badge vehicles
- Residents' vehicles
- Vehicles which are exempt from the Congestion Charge
