If you hold a 7 Day or longer period Travelcard on Oyster purchased from a Transport for London outlet, and your normal tube journey of 10th and 11th of June was severely disrupted you can apply for a goodwill payment voucher which can be used for future travel. Please follow the RMT Strike – Application for Goodwill Payment link below. You are asked not to use the Charter refund process to apply for the goodwill payment. You can claim until midday on Friday 10th July 2009.
If you experience a delay to your journey of more than 15 minutes, for reasons within our control, we will refund you with a voucher to the value of the single delayed journey. Please note that refunds cannot be made if a delay is beyond our control or that of our contractors such as security alerts, third party action or adverse weather conditions. This also applies to service changes advertised in advance.
